Connor Fields

Connor played college lacrosse at the University at Albany from 2015 to 2018.
Over his college career, he scored 199 goals and added 165 assists, for a total of 364 career points. That ranks him among the top all‑time scorers in NCAA Division I history.
He became the all‑time leading goal scorer in Albany history.

2015 (Freshman): Scored 66 goals + 22 assists = 88 points; named conference Rookie of the Year, All‑Conference First Team, and started all 19 games.
2016: 44 goals + 29 assists = 73 points; earned All‑Conference honors again.
2017: Breakout year — 55 goals + 62 assists = 117 points; earned top honors as America East Offensive Player of the Year, All‑American, all‑conference, etc.
2018 (Senior): 34 goals + 52 assists = 86 points; named All‑American, continued high performance.
During his college career he was consistently among the top performers nationally — high points-per-game, goals-per-game, assists, etc.
He also earned multiple conference and national honors: four‑time All‑American (2015–2018), America East Offensive Player of the Year (2017 & 2018), All‑Conference First Team many times, and was widely regarded as one of the top midfield/attack players in college lacrosse during his time.

After college, Connor moved into pro lacrosse — both indoor (box) and outdoor (field).

Connor was drafted in 2018 by Charlotte Hounds (MLL).
He now plays for Utah Archers in the Premier Lacrosse League.
In PLL, he has established himself as one of the league’s more dangerous attackmen.
He has helped Utah Archers to success — including multiple championship seasons (recent years).

Connor was drafted in the 2018 NLL Entry Draft by San Diego Seals (10th overall).
As of 2025 he plays for Rochester Knighthawks.
In the 2024–25 NLL season he had a standout year: recorded high scoring totals (goals + assists), ranking among top scorers in the league, and was a top candidate (finalist) for both Offensive Player of the Year and MVP.
He’s known for not only scoring but also contributing in loose‑balls and overall playmaking — a sign of a well-rounded offensive player.
